It is the perfect height to use on dining tables since guests can easily see over it across the table, but also easy to integrate into a multi-level culinary display.  

Vari-Lamp Cuisine - With its Telescopic Pole Design, the Vari-Lamp Cuisine is deigned to blend into a row of chaffing dishes of various heights. Your Buffet can be any shape and height you desire, Vari-Lamp Cuisine will adjust to the perfect height.
