A few easy steps to reserve your system...

1. Determine Shipping Time - Look at the UPS map to determine your Shipping duration. This Shipping Duration will be added to your total rental block time. Ground Shipping is chosen by default, if you need faster shipping you can choose your preferred method.
2. Click on the Calendar to choose your Total Rental Block Time Start Date
   1. Very Important... Be sure to take into account the shipping duration and day they need to arrive so you can choose the first date of your rental which is also your ship date. Then for your return date, that would be the date you will ship plus the shipping time back. The total block of time is the day they leave our building and the day they return. This determines your complete rental block and charge.
3. Add Notes - Add any notes you believe are needed or helpful. 
4. Add to Cart - Add each System you schedule to your cart. 

What is in a 10 Light Kit?

Each Kit consists of....

1. 10 Angle Light Pin-Spot Zoom Fixtures 2700K  ( Zoom Range 4-10 degree )
2. 1 Remote Control
3. Diffusion Lenses for each Fixture ( 5 and 10 Degree )
4. Chargers are Optional ( See Notes Below )

Rental Duration and How to Calculate Your Total Costs

1. Rental Durations are scheduled for a minimum 7 Day Duration. With options of 10, 14 and 21 available.
2. Shipping Time and How it Effects your Total Block Time 
   1. Shipping Duration to and from are considered Rental Days. Please keep in mind if your shipping time is 2 Days each way, that adds 4 days to your scheduled block of rental time. Include this in your scheduled days for your rental. 
   2. Shipping Days are Weekdays Only. As an example... if you need your rental to arrive on a Monday, and you are 2 Days by UPS Ground, your rental will need to ship the Thursday prior.  Saturday and Sunday are not counted as Shipping Days.

NEED Chargers? - We will ship fixtures charged and ready for your event. If you require chargers to be shipped with your lights, please indicate this in the notes.

Shipping Calculations -

1. Shipping will be calculated for both to and from your shipping address and added to your invoice as a shipping charge. A return shipping label will be included in the case.
2. Shipping Speed Choice - You have the choice to choose your shipping speed, but keep in mind you will be charged for both ways and for the same type of shipping each way. There will be one shipping charge, but it will calculate for both directions. If you need the shipping to your location to be a different speed than the return, please call us so we can help you separate the shipping charge per direction.
